It is rather difficult to attribute this to Leonardo; it was
probably by Melzi or else he re-drew it. It was perhaps a
copy of a preparatory work for the already mentioned
monument to Sforza. Dated around 1508.

Difficilmente
attribuibile a Leonardo; probabilmente del Melzi, o da lui
interamente ripassato. Forse una copia dei lavori preparatori
del citato monumento allo Sforza. Databile intorno al 1508.
