Pen. The surface of the paper is brown due to the glue used to attach the sheet to a backing. Reverse of the previous sheet.
 At the top right there appears a figure, probably feminine, in the act of throwing dry twigs to feed a fire about which flutter butterflies. Verses explain the allegory: the butterflies are victims of the blind ignorance that blocks knowledge of the true light. Dated around 1483-5.

 A penna. La superficie della carta è imbrunita a causa della colla usata per applicare il foglio a un supporto. Verso del foglio precedente.
 In alto a sinistra appare una figura probabilmente femminile nell’atto di gettare sterpi, per alimentare un fuoco su cui volteggiano delle farfalle. I versi spiegano l’allegoria: le farfalle sono vittime della cieca ignoranza che non ci fa conoscere la vera luce. Databile intorno al 1483-5.
