This design consists of two fragments joined on a single sheet as they were originally: on the right, proportions of the eye and the head, to the left those of the eye. The head is schematically drawn at the front with indications of the axis and lines of proportion, the left eye has two referral points, also explained in the notes at the side. To the right are numeric operations. The eye on the left part of the page, with the proportions of the nose, is also accompanied by notes that illustrate the relationship between the various parts of the face. Dated around 1489-90.

Disegno composto di due frammenti riuniti in un singolo foglio come erano in originale: a destra, proporzioni dell’occhio e della testa, a sinistra proporzioni dell’occhio. La testa è disegnata schematicamente, frontale, e con l’indicazione di assi e di linee di proporzione; l’occhio sinistro ha dei punti di riferimento spiegati nella nota accanto. Sulla destra compaiono alcune operazioni aritmetiche. Anche l’occhio sulla sinistra, con una porzione di naso, è accompagnato da note che illustrano i rapporti tra le varie parti del viso. Databile intorno al 1489-90.
