The recto is definitely crowded but the main subject is the Virgin, which reminds one of the unfinished Epiphany in the Uffizi. This drawing might have inspired Raffaello in his Virgin of the Grass and Brescianino in his Virgin with St.Giovannino, now found in Naples in the National Gallery in Capodimonte.

Il recto č decisamente affollato, ma il soggetto principale č la Madonna, che richiama l’incompiuta Epifania degli Uffizi. Questo disegno potrebbe aver ispirato Raffaello per la sua Madonna del Prato, e il Brescianino per la Madonna con San Giovannino ora a Napoli, nella Galleria Nazionale di Capodimonte.
