These studies were referred to either as a Last Supper or an Epiphany; according to Benenson both hypotheses are possible. The figures in conversation are sketches for an Epiphany, the nudes at the table and the isolated figure (almost certainly Christ) also at the table, are evidently studies for the Last Supper.

Questi studi vengono riferiti o a un’Ultima Cena o a un’Epifania; secondo Berenson sono vere entrambe le ipotesi. Le figure in conversazione sono schizzi per un’Epifania, i nudi a tavola e la figura isolata (quasi certamente il Cristo) anch’essa a tavola sono evidentemente studi per un’Ultima Cena.
